This Green Tea Matcha Lemon de Yogi Tea combines the knowledge of the ayurvedic plants with the Buddhist art of the green tea.
Green and tender points of tencha, protected from the sun during their last weeks in order to acquire their delicate, fresh and soft savor, were mixed with invaluable Matcha which is used since the night of times by the buddhist monks like cooling during their long meditations. Fruity lemon grass and semi-sparkling lime supplement this delicious mixture and offer a gustatory experiment really exceptionnal.
The subtle message of this infusion is: “To cross the day with freshness and harmony. ”

This ayurvedic infusion decreases Vata, is neutral on Pitta and Kapha.

Properties

  • Green Tea Matcha
    Formerly reserved with the Japanese middle-class, the tea matcha is regarded still today as one of the most refined teas. During a hard process, one obtains, starting from the sheets of the plant green tea Tencha, a powder finely ground, called matcha. This powder of a major green emerald is characterized by a suave and fresh taste. It contains many essential nutrients and energizers.
  • Lemongrass
    Known under the name of “grass of fever” in Asia of South-west, the lemon grass is an aromatic and medicinal herb. It contains essential oil. It has a fresh, powerful and lemon-flavoured taste.
  • lemon peel
    The zest of the fruit of the lemon tree, originating in India, has a savor similar to that of its acidulous and refreshing pulp. However, the zest contains ten times more vitamins than the juice, as well as essential oil and secondary vegetable substances.

Use

Put 250 ml of ebullient water on the bag and let infuse 5 minutes.
